No advice to offer, just want to say congratulations OP.
I have a loong way to go. If I ever get it, there are so many things I want to try - 3D printed artsy things on Etsy, dropshipping, rental properties, creating udemy courses, teach guitar to kids, heck even a YouTube channel. :/
Everything I mentioned generates active income which is prohibited on H1B. Rental properties can be done as long as you use a rent manager, but that eats into your cash flow. If you manage your rental properties yourself, it counts as active income too.
It took a full year after submitting AoS application. I had included my medical in the packet itself with all the other forms.
A friend of mine did the same. But she waited six months post GC to take the course and gain licensure. I forget why (the wait) though.
Got it.
If you don’t mind me asking how long did the GC take I am also at kpmg and just submitted the medical back to USCIS
