H1B Petition got picked in this year’s lottery - Can I switch jobs within my company before the petition is approved?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Is there anyone who came to US for courses eligible for CPT and was successful in getting a job and staying through H1B process ? Will appreciate an opportunity to chat.
