What role? I got reached out too. Comp seem too good to be true. Worst they are PE backed or owned.
Comp is directly tied to hours billed and collected. Good people. Intense work culture. Fast paced. A lot of growth.
Not for everyone but amazing for some of us.
I’ve seen those roles too. Highly specialized finance skill sets closer to investment banking than consulting.
Firm is growing tremendously - so we have a broad range of roles open including operational advisory roles (PI, OCFO), diligence roles (TAS) and true IB roles (we have an in-house IB team).
Culture is fast paced and intense. Hyper focused on quality. It’s not for everyone, but for some people it’s absolutely great.

@manager1
Assume you are VP or SVP level, ask yourself if you are willing to go in the office 4 days per week for 400K-600K.
AP and A&M pay somewhat equivalent and don’t have to go to office. There is no correlation unless you make one up. 4 days is a bit much - it should be the reverse but hey, you do you. I agree Portage Point is fantastic - their recent hires in PI who are ex-AP are all great. But having spoken to some of the people working there and some who have bounced back, culture needs to be somewhat more mature before they attract better and more serious consultants.
