Managers can not be 70’s .
Lol, at BDO they sure can ;)
Presumably six because it’s PwC
Six! PwC
No way PwC pays mid 60 for audit senior who is ready to going for promotion. That’s a S1 pay 🤦🏻♀️
I think SAA1 is at BDO not PwC
RSM1 - Texas is about 84-89 depends on high pay or average.
SA1- even with early promotion, mid 60s is A2 or max S1 rate. You need to voice out. Have you talk to your coach. If nothing is going to change, I don’t think your firm value your hard work. Not sure if you should stay with PwC, why not reach out to other B4 ?
Our audit manager 1s in the Bay Area are at 106k.
Wtf M1s at PwC Northeast are making 90k? With an extra year of experience from the other firms? How is that possible?
I’m a Mid-Atlantic audit S2 making 81k and fully expect to make in the 87k+ range as an S3 going into my promotion year. Not bragging at all just very confused by these numbers.
94K southwest
90k Texas
Don't know my comp numbers yet . What range should I expect? In the Northeast (not NYC)
Don't mind if your not in my area, just want to get a sense of range for M1
Following as well. How many yrs experience do you have
I’m in the Midwest and I believe our new managers are mid 70s
New manager 3 years ago in Midwest was 86k. Properly more now.
Wow. If I get promoted to mgr I’d need like a 30% bump to get that. I know I’m getting screwed but don’t know how to advocate for such a huge bump
SA1- how much are you making now?
In the mid 60s
I made 99 in Bay Area
