Got this offer from Deloitte India. I wanted to understand what my in-hand salary will be and also there is a claimable component so I wanted to understand if I actually have to claim it every month or is it just how they structure it?

It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 .
