Thoughts on getting fed government jobs? I'm a first year associate in a specialized transaction group in DC and I fucking hate it. I had an internship at a federal department in school but after that went 2L SA/firm. Any hope of finding something? 1. Infosys 18.25 LPA(15% variable) 1.25 JB
2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?
In terms of wlb (must for me as I am having small daughter to look after) & job security .

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.
