Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

A large part of my job involves building models or making reports that involve copying numbers from one document to another. Sometimes, if I get interrupted, I lose my train of thought and make mistakes in getting the right number. Nothing disastrous has happened, but I’m trying to figure out how to get better at not losing my train of thought when doing work that basically involves looking up numbers from various documents. Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞
