Guys, I did a official expense payment using corporate credit card but there was some network issue so the payment was not registered on the UTS app (Train ticket) after submitting the OTP though the payment was deducted and is now showing in my happay. How should I deal with it now ? Any idea?

This is regarding income tax proof submission.
I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only.
Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form.

On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets? So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.
