Guys I joined on 17th February, and got my salary 78,217 rupees for February month. But in Form 16 summary I see the below breakup. Gross salary is showing as 1,63,651 rupees. Can anyone help me understand this breakup?

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.
