Can someone guide on this?

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
Any facing issue with HIS claim? My claim amount is processed and ready for payment. But its in that status for last 15 days. There is no reply even after mailing them. What to do..I am currently in NP. I am worried if it will be settled before my last working day. Tata Consultancy Tata Group

Wipro policy is 12% of basic, i don’t think they allow exceptions for 1800..so you will have bear with it.
But in the offer letter it's mentioned as 1800 or 12% basic.
For me I don’t think they mentioned anything like that in Offer letter, my question is why you want 1800 Pf,
I am not sure if you are aware or not but employer contribution to Pf is tax free so if 12% basic goes to PF its straight away huge tax savings, plus pf is for your retirement and gets good amount of guaranteed interest, keep getting it accumulated its your benefit only
Thanks for responding. I have 1 other question, I am currently being offer and already have a project mapped in B3 Band. There is a variable pay component of 10% in this. Can you tell me what percentage of this component would be paid Quarterly ? Like 70 or 80 or some thing ?

Yes its mandatory to contribute 12%.
You cannot change this bdw its better to contribite higher amount to pf as it will save you a good retirement corpus.
