In JPMC no parental insurance, you need buy yourself with hefty amount and 30% co-pay. Self Spouse kids covered for 5L

If you want to take your parent's insurance, then don't go to jpmc. Very very high premium you need to pay for just 5lac coverage for parents. Wells Fargo is anytime better option.
Wells Fargo is definitely a better option here. Would you mind sharing your current ctc and the grade offered? There maybe more potential for increasing further but can't be sure without knowing that
I think you can definitely negotiate with JP then given that it is less than 50% hike putting you less than 4 multiple. But if they don't budge then it will be work vs money. The thing is you never know what work or project you get an what point. I think they're planning to move to cloud which may not happen immediately. Worth a try though to negotiate and consider Wells Fargo. It will bring you to the next level of multiple
CCB generally is a bit low on the pay side or else you should be in the 603 category with 9yoe and around 40-45lpa base + 2bonuses on top of this. Also bonuses should be in the range of 5.5 - 8 lpa as the primary bonus for 603 ideally.
CCB? Does that just encompass business team or also product and operations etc?

Health insurance - 5 lac for family(spouse and kids)
Gratuity is above fixed pay
And there is a year end bonus above CTC which is performance based but you can assume ~ 10% of fixed pay. also CEO bonus which is again not guaranteed but around $750.

23 se 35, that's good but I think you can easily reach till 40. Try counter if possible. Also share your journey from 1st offer letter please. That would help others to know market condition.
