Guys today in KPMG interview the interviewer blasted me for having one offer and trying for others. Then he started to say knowledge gap, KPMG cannot pay as per your demand for your knowledge.

Dude don't worry and continue applying.
How long have you known this guy, just 30 mins or 60 mins? Right. But you are letting him effect your decisions that will probably last for more than a year. Forget about this chutiya and continue applying
I have failed many interviews and proud to be part of a prod company. And always be clear to avoid toxic companies and teams. He is a mad guy and god or fate whatever you believe in has shown a warning sign right in the interview itself. If you got shortlisted it means you are a good profile already my friend. That guy will never make a good team in his life. So don't worry or feel low about mad guy u met out of nowhere in this world. And Kpmg, big4 it is all gas. Things in market are very well changing. You can find good working experience and package anywhere. So keep going.
If it still keeps striking in mind, think that you have escaped from a bad team.
I am in my current role after rejecting KPMG offer, which offered better package and remote working and also its a good team to work with.
So never feel low at any point, take examples of many fishes here and keep flying high. Take care
Yea looking ahead
Even I had a bad experience with KPMG, interviewer was behaving rudely and even after giving right answers he was saying it is wrong. Mann toh kiya 2 gaali dekar disconnect ho jau
Similar experience with @Publics Sapient
The interviewer Amit Negi was too arrogant to handle. The guy only know java and expecting solution in java only.. But as automation QA expectation should be focused on language agnostic automation knowledge.
I have a desire to treat him same in interview 😂😂
Hi, I guess you are trying to break wall with your forehead. When interviewer said "exposure leke aao" . You must have said "exposure leke KPMG me aau ????????????"
Haha
I learnt one thing.. organisation can do then every thing is right. but Employee does same .. which is wrong. company do whatever to increase their earning so does the employee.. thats it.
Can you confirm which service line you applied for?
SAP technology..so maybe advisory right?
Next time just try to record and post in linkedin tagging that interviewer and company
Usse puchna tha kyun bhai pagar tere Jeb se janewali hai kya.
Just ignore, sometime interviewers takeout their frustrating of not getting a job on the interviewe's. Move on.
Tum bhi bol dete bhai, mujhe bhi kaha aana hai. Aapke HR peeche padh gaye the interview dene ko.
Haha ya
Yeah similar thing happened with me too
What is current CTC?
Big4 is dead
my interview was rescheduled now after reading this, I am not attending
Bro, Just wanted to know how much CTC you are expecting
You should have blasted him as well. He is doing his job, you are doing yours. It is an open market, you can give n number of interviews and get as many offers as you can. Nothing is wrong in this. They also take many interviews and don't depend on a single candidate.
Jo hogaya so hogaya, please do not be discouraged and ruin your mood over that one pathetic idiot.
Next time, openly tell them that CTC discussion is to be done only with HR and his job is to take an interview based on YOE and skills.
Some people try to butt in and discourage others in interviews because they also have a complex about outsiders coming in and earning more. You might not be good in a few particular areas but be fantastic in the rest.
That interviewer would forget and move on and continue doing so with other people but if you take it to your heart, it will affect your mental state.
Bahut sari companies hai you will get better ones! Maybe it is best you dodged the bullet 😊
This isn't a professional behavior. Report this to the HR who was managing your case.
You may not get the job, but your report may prevent this in future for other candidates.
I have faced few situations where the interviewers questions my knowledge and then get rude if I haven't heard about it.
At that point, I really don't give an F about the interview and start having arguments and talk smack with the interviewers.
If the person doesn't respect you, then you are interviewing at the wrong company.
Bhai pehele to linkedin pe post karke and bande ko tag karke uski izzat utar. Fir, bindas hoke or jagah try kar, Aim paisa hai, baki sab chochle hain.
Bhai nai chahiye LinkedIn ka bakchodi
bhai you should have told that person in Hindi ki "Bhaad mei Jao" with your attitude. I had similar experience in KPMG, I had offer of 10.5 LPA from cognizant and then interviewed with KPMG and all they could offer was 8.5 LPA....I asked for atleast matching the offer I had in hand. One of worst interview experience for me.
