Currently have an excel list with resource (production line), start date and time, and then also the name of the item being produced.

Any ideas how to tackle this??

I’m thinking a stacked bar chart with the vertical categories to be my resources and horizontal the date/time and then each individual bar to be the name of the item being produced.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

Received feedback interviewers enjoyed talking with me, I structured case well, performed math well, but didn’t drive the case on my own enough. Desperately want to get into healthcare strategy consulting. 13 years of healthcare clinical experience including project work. MBA. But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. Just one rejection after another, even when applying with internal referrals from Director or Partner levels. What am I doing wrong?
