I’m currently being considered for a job and received a call last week from HR to discuss the organization’s health/retirement benefits and what my salary expectations are. Still no official offer yet, but I was told that the process could take some time. Is the call from HR a good sign? The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical.
