Had 2 rounds of interviews so far for a job. I would expect a 3rd if they're going to make an offer. But anyway, just wanted to see what people think to this. In the 1st round interview with the recruiter I was told the person I would be replacing had moved onto another project in the company. In the 2nd round with the hiring manager I was told the person I would be replacing had moved back to another country and there was no other project in the company. So, alarm bells?
