For those who work/interviewed with Facebook (Meta) did you have another interview after your virtual on-site loop?
Recruiter initially said next step after loop was an offer if selected, now she’s telling me they loved me but want to deep dive into my response to the case study, so one more case interview.
Is this strange?

I don't know your demo info, but if they have a diversity policy, they may be interested in you, but be required to fill a slate of diverse candidates before moving forward. Source: I am someone who measures compliance for these policies.
It is... Except we only hold up the process when there is zero diversity in a slate of candidates for a specific role. This step is to ensure that the recruiters have searched multiple sources for candidates and didn't exhibit bias in the selection of resumes presented to the hiring manager. It's taken very seriously.
I also noticed today that they reposted this position with slightly different title on LinkedIn yesterday and seems to be receiving a lot more applications (purely based on LinkedIn). Is there a way I could nudge hiring manager and recruiter to make decisions soon? They can look for a perfect candidate forever and I’m getting antsy waiting. Especially I don’t want this perfect person to take my spot!
Agh. Interview process was rather unstructured and weird. I didn’t have a recruiter assigned to me until the final round and I had talked to three people by then (including hiring managers boss). I was told that if they were bring me onsite, it would just be a formality. On site, I talked to exactly the same people + a few more employees I would be interacting with. Recruiter told me that feedback was positive... I have been casually looking for over a year and I’m so ready to jump ship. This is one of my dream companies to exit to.
I feel for you. Good luck! It really can go either way. I've received an offer before in the same situation (position being reposted on Linkedin). I believe linkedin has an auto repost feature so if they have several different internal recruiters assigned to the position, it could just be someone else had it on auto repost.
