Had a first interview with Visa a couple of weeks ago. The online job portal says I am still In Review, but haven’t heard back from the HR/recruiter after following up, who initially informed me that it will take 7-10 days for the next step... Is the interview process typically slow or am I just getting ghosted?

I applied for a lateral job in a growing group that doesn’t have associates yet. I talked to a sr. associate in a different office/group to get a better sense of the firm’s vibe and we both really enjoyed our call. He kindly offered to recommend an interview to HR.
