Hi, after each interview, the recruiting agency will call me to get feedback and ask me if we're still good on X salary?

What's a good way to not agree on a set number on these calls until I get my offer?

So can I say as a SM in D , you should only go for Director at PwC ?

How do you get leverage as an internal transfer? A buddy of mine with similar experience and location received an external offer for nearly $100k TC more than my internal offer for the same role. I haven’t accepted it yet, and I’ve already caused a stir in my previous org. Should I accept an offer I’m already bitter about? Is my only recourse to now leave the company? I know there are real estate transaction firms, estate firms, and corporate transaction firms...but i guess from being in the PI world so long (only 4 years) i do not even know what type of firms could possible encompass most or all types of the areas i want to be. I have been in management for the past 8 years and part of large corporations. I just recently joined a small organization that I have wanted to be a part of for the past 2 years, accepted the role of general manager. Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.

Looking to transition out of Management Consulting and going into big tech in NYC. Ideally, I would love to go in as a PMM; however I’ve heard it’s very difficult to make that jump if you don’t have a degree in engineering or CS (I’m a liberal arts graduate and in the final year of a part-time mba). Should I look to apply as a program manager role since it’s more likely my consulting experience will apply to that and see if I can transition into a PMM role from there?
