Had an interview last week, recruiter may as well been a robot. The best part was her telling me all these great things about the growth of Salesforce the last few years. They did so well all new hires are now hourly employees! These blue chip companies are becoming a joke. Indeed is now doing the same thing…both claiming it’s better for when you work OVERTIME 😂

I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

How long does coforge take in order to release the offer?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

How worried should I be if I haven’t yet received an interview invite to my safety (a T15/T20)? I have already interviewed at 3 schools including my 2 top choices so I’m super happy about that, but not feeling super “safe” about not having heard from my safety yet because anything could happen with my targets?!!!
