Thank you!! I feel seen! Printer problems aren't for the faint of heart, usually because they are very silly and you spend most of the time reassuring each employee that they aren't completely incompetent. Lol!
Same thoughts! I just want to say thank you to all the IT veterans out there - you guys are the real heroes for putting up with all of this day in and day out.

I hear you. Printers are the bane of everybody that got labeled as a "techie." I still have my sister-in-law calling me every few weeks for her printer issues because I "fixed it really quickly" (attached the power cable) a few years ago. So yeah.
Ugh.. printers. Thankfully I’ve always worked with places that have contracts with companies who are printers distributors. But yes, the ones before us are the real heroes!
