There will always be someone who is unhappy with the service they receive just for the sake of it, no matter how hard we try. This is something anyone at customer service must acknowledge
It is impossible there are people who only communicate with customer service with the sole idea of complaining and treating someone belonging to the company badly, it is incredible I feel that I can never be that person.
I have 8 years, 4 as a customer service manager in my company. We have a game where, if you please, everyone, that bell hasn't rung for 3 years on the day you ring the bell. It's almost impossible to spend even a day with everyone happy.
Everything has to do with the beginning, people assume that customer service is a place to complain and treat people badly, when things go wrong with a product or service, the first thing people do is call our offices with a problem speech already prepared.
I know that our mission is to help and guide the customer on their way to a solution, but are there really people who call customer service looking for a solution? I haven't received a thank you from my clients for 3 months.
The worst thing about this job is the rude customers. They make our days thicker and more difficult.
Completely true. Sometimes I'll try and do anything for the customer, yet they're always dissatisfied. I've noticed it a lot more lately... maybe politics and global warming have people in shambles?

All we can do is our job, and remind ourselves that the terrible way people treat us has everything to do with them and nothing to do with us.
