Paying taxes is not a problem but getting nothing in return from govt or their lazy govt employees for basic services is a big big problem...
Tax payers are 3% of population. Miniscule votebank compared to religious groups.
So they run the show.

Yes, higher the CTC, lower is the in-hand sal comparatively. We pay 30% taxes in return of 0 advantages. No free (good) education, healthcare, public transport, roads, railways (general compartments), social security, etc. We get absolutely nothing in return for our taxes paid.
Its not tax it's an vasuli to live in our own country forget about any benefits, even to buy house or car of our own choice we need to pay heavy taxes no exception in that as well.
this is a good explaination of the tax structure. for 60 la 3 lakhs sound too less but roughly u pay 18 lakhs tax. so 42-3 lakhs pf company component + yours would still mean 39 la
I am writing this becuse its not that correct.
If you get 32 lacs then company provide 50k food expend to hide from actuall ctc
also 20k for bills (wifi or mobile)
if you are using bike or car cosider 24 k for fuels
you can hide from your montly expenses
also leave travel allowace please oft 2twice in a 4 year
you can purcase car from company policy and that too will be hidden from you ctc
these are the things you should add in smart way

Currently I am working as a senior analyst/software Engineer in Capgemini. I got 1 rating for my performance currently holding 2.4 years of experience. I joined as a fresher and worked as a java developer. But my current CTC is 4.77. They said they will increase my salary because I did a tremendous job for them . Being a fresher i am doing a fabulous job as compared to the other developer she has having 5+ years of experience, usually she used to ask everything from me. But i feel undervalued here. No respect nothing. Please suggest or refer me.
It is not totally a government fault, there would be unwanted company policies as well..
