I wouldn’t say it’s discrimination, but maybe unequal treatment? There is no proof that you’re being targeted because of your race. But if like-for-like situations are happening and you are treated differently than anyone else, you could have an argument for unequal treatment and inconsistent application of rules or policies. Your only option, if HR won’t help, is to file a complaint with your state’s labor dept and hope you don’t get fired until you can find another job.

I think you might be confused on the definition of reverse racism here based on the fact that it sounds like both you and your manager are white. I'm not even going to get into the argument of reverse racism being a thing or not because that's a conversation for another day. Could it be some discrimination? Hard to say since I'm not involved or know any of these people. There could be many reasons on the differences. Maybe they are friends, maybe they just don't like you. There could be a whole lot of reasons.
Could it be that you're new and they still don't know you well yet? Maybe the manager has rapport with other people that they haven't established with you yet. I wouldn't jump to reverse racism if there are other ways to explain the situation.
This hasn't happened to me and I am thankful. I am so sorry this happened to you. This does happen more often than people think.
Because my married name is Spanish I went in for an interview and they were kind of surprised to see that I was not Spanish and pretty sure I was not called back due to the fact that I am too "light-skinned" we'll say. I'm not mad but I'm not dumb either. There's more to that but I'm not going to go into detail.
