My cousin has brown skin and dark hair and used Philips Lumea Precision Plus successfully in UK. She highly recommends it. Me personally just used services of satori laser in Manhattan - they are amazing and well worth the money. They often have year holiday deals as well.

Always wanted to do an at-home IPL. But I've read some reviews that it can darken your skin if you don't know how to use it properly which I doubt I'm a pro at using. But this will definitely cut my waxing cost.
I have always second thoughts about IPL at home. I read that it can also darken your underarms when improperly used. I prefer waxing but I am looking into IPL to save time.
I hate waxing! It gives me tons of ingrown hairs and it’s miserable doing it every week and so time-consuming
