Has anyone bounced back from a tough job experience or a shorter-than-expected stint? I struggled in a past consulting role and ended up on a PIPa after just 6 months, which really shook my confidence and morale. I found a new role within a few months and I’m doing much better now, but I’m still trying to return to my preferred industry. Curious how others have rebuilt momentum/confidence after a setback? I’m still doubting myself at times and feeling low on confidence.

Has anyone here had to give a 90 day plan in an interview? I’m on round 5 now for a field role, and I was informed this will be what the final interview consists of. Panel of 5-6 supposedly. Any tips or advice on what/how to present? How to prepare? Is it kind of like a quarterly business review sort of thing?
