FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
