Has anyone encountered cases where the company wont sponsor the IHS for a skilled worker visa application?
Is this normal? If not, how to deal with this?

Was negotiating with a company to put me at 95k instead of 85k with 1.5 YOE (which they refused). And my new grad friend gets an offer for 175k with YOE as a SWE…. Im in the field

So… 3.5 year relationship came crashing in Jan due to covid depression, work burn out, lockdown etc. We have stayed in contact and recently he has come around to apologizing and considering getting back together. I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management

3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)
