Has anyone ever actually gotten a DoD contractor job through a foreign national recruiter living abroad?

I get a fair number of these and am skeptical, especially when they're cagey about who they're hiring for but want my resume.

Feel like as a company if you're gonna hire for these jobs, the least you can do is use an American citizen due to potentially sensitive content.

Is IBM Consulting (GBS) a good company for Business analysts? I heard that IBM GBS has only support and AMS projects and BAs doesn't have prominent role to play in such projects.

I recently moved from litigation to transactional and am struggling to reach billable targets. In litigation it was no problem hitting 1800+ hours but don’t see how I’m going to come anywhere close to that in a transactional role.

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

How do you know if your CI Poly is still valid? I passed mine in 2018 and want to know if it's expired so I can apply for other jobs requiring it. My current job doesn't use it so they're not tracking it.
