Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .

Try it and see? I could see you making 2 paychecks for a few weeks or maybe 2 months. You might be able to slack a bit at your current job if you're on a cushy, flexible project, and maybe use PTO of the new job has lots of all day training. You might be able to have a slow start at the new job due to the remote nature of things. But I don't see this being sustainable for the long term.

One more thing. If you’re considering B4 and at a rank wherein your firm will audit you, or you need to report your income sources, this will be discovered. Sure, you can hide your periodic independence sign off, but when they request your taxes as part of your audit then you’re toast!

Bruh wut
I’ve heard of burnout but I’ve never watched someone actively consider just straight lighting themselves on fire so seriously.
Could be a conflict of interest, and you could lose both jobs if either found out.
Don’t do it. Very slim chance you’d be effective at both roles
HR spies are low key freaking out right now
You fired

Is the other company ok with it...?
Um it’ll be more than just awkward. Most consulting companies have a legal line items in the contract against this. Also if u get a signing bonus I will have to pay it back when they catch you which will be months in tops. And your will surely be blacklisted from major players in those industries
I highly doubt both companies will be fine with it to be honest, even if there is no "legal issue"
There’s a saying in the NFL “when you have two QBs you have zero QBs.” Replace QBs with jobs and you get the idea.
2x full time is definitely unsustainable... I’m currently doing “75%” (which ends up being 40 hrs lol) at a consulting firm and 50% (basically just whatever other time I can spare) with a startup and I still find myself wanting to cut my consulting hours even more. Fwiw I did clear it with HR and Legal so a dual employment situation is possible — you definitely don’t want to do it under the table though.
It’ll be hard, but I’m doing it currently and Have been since February. It’s not sustainable long term but for the most part I’m managing okay. Regardless of time zones, the work is going to overlap, but it’s doable if you can mentally switch back and forth to stay on top of things.. You can always quit one if it gets too hard to manage or you want your life back. The beginning will be easy Bc you will be ramping up at the new job.
FYI I’m not planning on doing anything until I go through it with my lawyer. Just an idea that popped in my head since both jobs are in different time zones (and I’m single so I have the time).
My friend you may well burn out while trying to maintain your reputation in two places. -someone who tried it
Try it. See if it’s manageable. Then give up
I'd say no go. Even if you can get past any legal or logistical constraints, would it be worth it? You've a quality-of-life question here too.
I know two people do two full time job (day and night shift) and they are system admins. Their Job does not require frequent meetings and no overlap. It depends on the type of work and schedule. (I spend 70+ hours/week at one job at Deloitte 😒. Can you refer me to the tech job?)
Live your life my friend
You are going to wear yourself out in a very short period of time.
I think it’s worth a shot if you don’t care about having a personal life. The B4 jobs at your level will have some after hours expectations though. If you don’t do them you’ll probably still come off as an “okay” consultant. Not sure how they handle independence, but we would have to disclose that other job at EY.
