I usually just eat them straight up or put them on a pizza. Tea is nice also. Never tried them in coffee before.

I’ve tried some functional mushrooms but not enough to make a noticeable difference. Microdosing the good stuff has helped me manage anxiety and increase creativity.

I’ve used a UK company. I found it really good for focus and I started to use it every day, they have a chocolate flavoured drink too. If I took it too late in the day it gave me a bit of a headache though. Rheal foods.
