Rosemary and Jamaican Black Castor oil promote thickness if you want a topical option.
That and a high frequency hair comb or red led hair comb. (Amazon)
I tried drinking Collagen tablets because they said that it really helps against hair loss and that it thickens your hair. I really don't know about the hair but it did improve my nails. But my hair grew a little thicker just below my hairline after I used pure Aloe Vera.
I'm still early on in the process to notice any changes. I'm currently using the Biotin Shampoo and the Bioting Conditioner from New York Biology. They made my hair look and feel healthier than before. so, I'm really feeling positive about this product.
Try the Boldify 3X Biotin Hair Thickener Treatment. It's a hair serum and it always leaves my hair shiny and voluminous. My hair feels stronger than before actually. I'm not getting as much hair fall as before.
Have you tried using the BIOLAGE Advanced Full Density Hair Thickener Treatment? It prevents ahir loss and boosts hair growth. It's also anti-frizz and is suitable for all hair types.

Taking vegan omegas has significantly aided in the growth of my hair and nails. Surprisingly, they have also helped with my skin. Prior to going vegan, I never took vitamins. Now that I've been vegan for about five years and am taking vitamins, my hair is growing like crazy.
The Ordinary multi-peptide serum for hair density is something I've started using, and although it's still early, I feel like I can already see a difference in my hair. It also works wonders for receding hairlines.
I changed my diet after learning that I had celiac disease and deficiencies in B12 and D3, which resulted in considerably thicker hair. The supplements I'm currently taking were a great remedy for my hair thinning.
Numerous hair characteristics are affected by genetics, hence it is not possible to physically thicken fine hair. Use a volumizing shampoo, conditioner, and style product to give your hair more density and volume. Most of these work by attaching proteins to the hair to make it feel and appear thicker; they are purely cosmetic, but they can be quite successful.
Avoid touching it with heat. Since both of my parents have thin hair, I know it won't be thick, but this has made it healthier over the past two months despite the fact that I have very thin hair.
