Has anyone here earned their MBA but struggled to afford it? I took the test and got a great score that could get me into some top schools, but I can't cover the $250,000 cost. Did anyone else face this challenge without financial help? I'd appreciate any advice—I’m determined to make this happen and not let money stand in the way, even though it's a huge amount.

Regarding the WSJ article.. Can anyone in PE explain why any pension fund would be interested in buying single family homes? Extremely illiquid, historically follows inflation.... Do they think Texas will go the way of CA? Ie/ zoning and artificial cost inflation due to supply constraints by the govt? It just seems to go against what is taught in economics as a sound investment... i guess CALPERS is desperate for yield given how upside down the state is
