Has anyone in here transitioned from a financial analyst to a corporate strategy analyst? I’m interested in the similarities/differences between theses two roles (the day to day tasks and the skills needed)

I am currently working as Talend ETL Developer. Company which I am working currently doesn't have projects for this skillset. Need some suggestions. Which technology is good now in current market similar to the skills which I am having. So I will be upskilling me in that technology.

What are your opinions on getting too much work in early phase of career? I have almost one year of experience and after switching to a new organisation I have like alot of work in my plate. Outside of salary, what other things have people negotiated as new hire, I’ve seen more PTO, working from home, sign on bonus, even stock options?
