I have, but it's not great money, to be honest. I feel like you're basically trading your car value for a little bit of cash. I would do it as a temporary fix but not a long-term solution.
I have. I've been doing Door Dash the past couple months since I lost my job. The signup process is super easy, I was able to start delivering the same day. I also got the DD debit card so that I can get paid instantly. Definitely recommend doing that if you decide to start driving for them.
It hasn't been too bad for me, but I'm in a pretty populated area so the drives are short - like 10-15 minutes range. I'm also selective about the deliveries I accept. If you do sign up, choose to earn by order instead of by time. This gives you more flexibility to accept or decline orders which helps keep the mileage in check.

My daughter does make some money on it, but it depends on your area. Where I am, many people are competing for gig work.
I did it before but depending how much you drive I’d be afraid to do DoorDash or UberEats with a leased vehicle.
It was nice during the pandemic but at least UberEats seems to have cut back with promos and boosts where you’d earn extra cash for doing a certain amount of deliveries.
Give it a shot though, just be selective. I never delivered an entire day. I try to stick to around dinner time, weekends, and holidays. Otherwise you’ll be doing $2.50 McDonalds runs and burning your time waiting on the food.
Also be careful with Walmart deliveries. They’re very vague and will never fully tell you what’s in the order. I did one for $3 and had to load like 20 packs of 12 can beverages in my car and to the home.
Once I saw no one was helping and I saw the cars in the driveway I knew this would be a cheap customer so I left like four cases at the door and the rest in their driveway.
My good friend does door dash on the side with her full-time role and she said it is easy money. Not only that but you get paid out by the day I think. Either way its a good way to make fast cash.
I do gig work. DD, Grubhub but mostly Instacart. It’s a lot of work but has been bringing in income while I interview for full time employment for the past couple of months.
Uber was good but not a job ( a lot to say considering this) it’s money but I don’t think it can support your family especially now with the gas inflation. I seem to be stuck in a Uber loop.
