How was it being back in the office for everyone else? I almost prefered being alone at home compared to alone in the office

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Need inputs asap as I have to take a call today.

Can anyone tell me about which pharma/health companies OR agencies have great WFH/remote/flex policies? I feel like Glassdoor and Indeed don't highlight that enough when it's one of the things I care about the most.

I am settled in Bangalore and cannot relocate to Gurgaon. Sunlife HR provided me remote work option.

Hi All, I wanted to know how is work life balance in AT&T. I have been offered the role of senior technical specialist - scrum master. Is there WFH available in AT&T.

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

Can we do 3-4 days WFH from outside India? Any legal/HR compliance? Anyone did that?

For context, my small company was suddenly bought out by a large corp. I was about to get promoted to leadership but the new company doesn’t want to honor the title/salary increase we worked out. We only have one significant competitor in our industry, and it’s likely my best option. Love my company, been with them for years, but I’m really struggling with how frustrating this situation is.
