Yeah. It was a fascinating look into the world of con artists and the lengths they will go to to make money. I found it to be an entertaining and informative read that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning more about the criminal underworld.

Yes, I have read "The Big Con." I found it to be an eye-opening account of the inner workings of fraud and scam culture. It definitely made me more aware of the tricks that people use to try and take advantage of unsuspecting victims. I also found it to be an interesting look into the criminal mind and the motivations behind con artists.

What’s your opinion on math homework? I teach 4th grade and have always given it but I’d like to see what others do and weigh out if it’s really worth it. My wife and I are moving to Boston from overseas (we’re from Italy and we’ve recently won the diversity visa green card lottery).

We are looking to rent a 1BR starting in January, ideally for ~$3k/month. I’ll be working in the downtown area.

Do you recommend we go for a serviced/luxury apartment (e.g. Montaje, 345 Harrison, etc.) or hire a broker to get a “normal” apartment?

Any managed buildings recommendations within our budget? Also, what are some good brokers we could work with?

Thanks!
