Not yet but I will read it. I recently started HRT and I’m sleeping better. I’m pretty sure the brain fog is driven by years of sleep deprivation on top of too much screen time. Age is also a part of it, but so is our increasingly fragmented and interrupted lives.
Ok I read her first book. It was terrific. I’ll need to get this one. The brain fog is real.

by any chance do they give there any specific advice how to fall asleep and sleep 8 hours? (without pills as typical pills, aka Somnovit might have long-term side effect on cognitive function)
but what to do if body simply do not sleep.... despite all sleep test (for breathing at night) and blood tests are good
Magnesium lotion on feet at bedtime. Sounds silly but very helpful.
