Has anyone reported their place of employment to the health department or have any idea how to go about doing so? Obviously I don’t know them to know who made the call but the conditions that we work in are not suitable. Our walk ins are covered in mold, we have constant plumbing issues, there’s water coming up from under the flooring due to not putting a drain for one of the display cases to drain into.
The place is disgusting and a few of us feel like is the only way to maybe see a solution

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang). One concern for me is the potential of a recession in late 22 into 23 with the fed rate hikes. My fear is if that happens, me being on the chopping block as new in house counsel.
