No, but if it’s a relevant math course and worthwhile you can definitely take it. Idk pricing but MBAMath may be cheaper and just as helpful.
Before taking the course, you may want to consider your overall candidacy. When i read your post, your GMAT stands out. At 650, it’s probably below or at the very bottom of the mid 80% range for even most T25 schools. Have you considered the GRE? A higher GRE can quell concerns that you’d be able to handle mba course load and extracurriculars. You have time to study for R1 next year.

Tuck professors created MBAMath. Tuck even requires incoming first years complete it so I wouldn’t worry about tuck recognizing it. Often HBS online core and mbaMath are talked about in tandem on podcasts. If you’ve taken MBAMath, you may be able to share it with schools where you are waitlisted as an update.
It’s interesting that schools told you they prefer a college course (i assume you’re taking calc 1, calc 2, or stats), but helpful that they were so explicit. The actual school and even learning probably doesn’t matter quite as much for the course so much as to check a box.
I took both GRE and GMAT years ago. If i recall, the GRE timing was more generous and GRE let you go back between questions. The GRE math questions are much more straightforward than GMAT given that there aren’t data sufficiency qs. The GRE verbal section also has vocabulary, which the GMAT does not. You need to actually review the structure and take a GRE practice test to know if it may work better for you.
It’s probably somewhat dated now, but ClearAdmit did a comparison that may help you with the basic questions that you can listen to while doing dishes or folding laundry. https://www.clearadmit.com/podcast/episode-61-gmat-vs-gre-which-test-should-you-take-for-b-school/
