I recently was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder and although it’s provided a sense of relief and understanding, I’m hitting a low moment and I feel like all the inspiration and productivity I was just feeling has slipped away at the worse time. I’m trying to switch jobs because, to say it simply, my job doesn’t help with the depression. However, I still want to do great work until that time yet I’m struggling with motivation often. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

Worth retaking GMAT or focus on overall application/ECs?

Took my 2nd practice test and got a 630 (Q41/V35) after around a month of Manhattan prep. Is it possible for aim for a 730+? How many months/hours should I expect to put in for that?

Today I received my promotion from C to SC. I made SC at 3.5 years out of college at a boutique (Pariveda, Slalom, West Monroe)

I made C 1 year out of college, but not sure if Adcoms will "notice" that, or just see me as a 3 YOE C. I feel a 3.5 YOE SC is a meaningful difference, but Stacy Blackman (robo email) says to not update adcoms. Thoughts?

Taking my GMAT in 7 weeks. Just finished the large Kaplan book and have done 2 practice tests so far. What should I do next? Worth investing in a GMAT tutor? Getting 600 on practice tests but want a 690~.

I read on another thread that someone got rejected by HBS without interview and was then accepted to GSB in the same round. Does anyone else have some success stories like this to share with us HBS rejects?
