Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

Target ๐ Test ๐ Prep ๐. Gets through their lessons before you waste effort on practice tests. No point guessing your way through half a test when you can learn everything first
I wouldnโt burn an official practice test at the beginning. They are valuable, and you want to have them at the end of your studies when you are really diving in to your timing strategies and overall topics gaps. For now, take one off of Kaplan or Manhattan to get a โfeelโ for the test and to see how you stand. Then, sign up for TTP and get to work.

You can take 2 completely free practice GMATโs on the GMAC site. Thereโs 4 more available for purchase (ifs not that expensive) if you end up going with the GMAT as your test
My unsolicited 2 cents - I would aim to give the test within 2-3 months max. Six months is really long and if you keep such far out targets, you are likely to keep procrastinating. Plus what if the test doesnโt go well and you have to give it again? You will already be in middle of R1 by then.
