Has anyone themselves or seen someone else get a 100% or more salary increase than previous organisation. My last ctc was 6LPA and i have been offered the role of analyst but don’t want be underpaid because of my last ctc since analyst salary is above 12 lpa for others in amex and even other companies?

I have two offers- should I go with a sr product manager with Lowes or senior manager, product owner at vf (owns northface,timberland brands). Any suggestions compensation is the same

I like my company, but I want to do less. I don’t need to be a HR Director, CHRO, etc. With a career slowdown, I am prepared for a lower compensation and would want decent benefits. My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC
