Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

If you have MR you can just transfer directly to ANA. Downside is that the transfer takes days and you must book round trip.
Otherwise you can book the flight through Aeroplan in theory, but you'll have to call them. And in the recent year, they often tell you they can't see the flight, meaning it hasn't been released to partners. Booking through Virgin is cheaper but you'll likely run into the same issue.
Yes things are always changing. Last I checked, they weren't able to book last minute flights or business, but could still do economy or first. Probably different now, but limitations are rampant...
ANA points are usually a much better value unless you have the Aeroplan points already. Unsure if those xfer between each other.
