My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. Hello everyone, My LWD is 27th Nov and my joining date of new company is 28th Nov. I have offer of 8lpa. I am really tired of giving interview bcoz last 2 mnths I m giving interview and continually preparing,my sleep and eat schedule is also disturbed..I have 4 yrs of exp in .net. bcoz of my low CCTC,it gets hard to get good offer of 8lpa permanent WFH. I think employers just want to know that their employees are doing what they're supposed to be doing and not other stuff during company time. If I was an employer, I would do a hybrid because WFH has made me a bit more "lax" with my workload.
I think that people are sneakier about their bad habits, and everyone has adjusted to some degree to make space for these bad habits. Will be interesting when that is not an option anymore...
What do you mean by lack of trust? Managers not trusting direct reports, or more on the side of employees not trusting that they can coordinate effectively via full remote
Not anymore. People have shown their companies that they can WFH effectively. It will take a very dumb Manager to still not trust this model.
