Has anyone used ChatGPT (or other) to help prioritize work/ create a plan, to improve time management? not specifically work-related, more so life. For instance: I want to network, apply to jobs, and maintain current work. Anyone found any that’s helped with this?

Yes! I put in what I have on my plate, what has to happen, what I would like to do, meetings I have scheduled, and it will help create a schedule for the week

+1. It is also a great to develop your own categorisation system that you can adjust depending on your energy. You could for example give it plenty of context - not only list of things to do, your priorities, risks, energy patterns.
Then iterate on categories (not too many, e g cognitive energy/duration/activation difficulty/strategic importance etc.
once satisfactory, use the list to prompt for reshuffling

What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. My psychiatrist today revealed to me that I may have ADHD, still a hypothesis that he is still exploring but from my personal experiences and discussions with therapist, it seems likely.

One example of personal experience is my ongoing prep for case studies as I'm interviewing with a number of firms. Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Anyone in this group from Canada? How did you all manage to get medication if CBT didn’t work for you? I have tried everything but my family doctor says that she or psychologists aren’t allowed to give prescription and only psychiatrists can. I cant seem to find any directly or through referral 😣
