Did you know a percentage of your candidates will completely sever ties with your company if they have a negative Candidate Experience?

I believe the stat is on average 63% candidates will reject an offer if they have a bad candidate experience.

If the data isn’t available for ones specific company, then use that average to illustrate the importance of CandX. It’s chilling.

SO and I got in to a disagreement on the background of Indian tech CEOs. It appears that they are all from 1 or 2 major communities in India.

While he thinks that its genetics/being naturally gifted that got them to where they are I believe it's the environment & discipline that made them successful. We are not from said communities but curious to hear your thoughts on who is more accurate.

Girlfriend of 3 years cheated on me right before we were supposed to leave the state and move in together. We broke up about 4 months ago. I couldn’t demonize her, so I’m still struggling with processing it and idk what to do. I’ve been looking into therapy, but I can only do online which leaves me hesitant. Any advice would be appreciated.
