If people are getting fired from companies only.because they are on bench for more than 3 months, is it wise approach to switch with higher salary now?

Please list companies who are firing people or asking them to resign so that we get a fair idea of which company to join?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Is that correct?
Can someone please check their Background screening report and confirm?
