That’s a perception, not a reality. Talk to your team and WFH. Permission granted.
It’s the same here. Official email says to feel “empowered” to work from home. But so many diehards still working from the office.
We got specific instructions travel suspended. Any thing has to be approved by vice chair
Permission granted. WFH
EY has suspended domestic and internal travel until mid April. PWC will follow the same shortly
My leadership keeps implying they rather risk our health than WFH....they need us right outside their offices with our screens facing them and are paranoid that we might be watching a YouTube video or something
I mean Tim says we should “feel empowered to work remote”

Everyone is told if they feel like they need to be working from home, they should be supported in this. You’re expected to make a plan and discuss with your team. There will be additional information sent out tomorrow. Domestic traveling for client work is temporarily being banned but I’m unaware on what else will be announced tomorrow.

Local travel (i.e.. driving distance) is still a go but we should be talking to our clients about their and our policies and recommend staying home for their safety and ours. If you are from Chicago, we were told not to come to the office anymore.
