I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

All joke aside... I'm sure there is something that makes us ... maybe socially inadequate...
It takes time, but you can work onit and the main secret is to start all interactions, relationships, conversations focused on the people around you. Ask them questions. Be genuinely interested.
Good luck.
That’s very true. I just wish I could see myself from someone else’s shoes so I can see what I do wrong too
I wanted to hit like for every response here. I didn’t know this is such a common feeling. Over the years I made peace with this side of me, I don’t have tons of friends but the handful of friends that I have are all deep and meaningful relationships where we totally trust in and care about each other.
OMG OP... I am you. :(
I’m right there with you guys!
Hard to help without seeing how you act in person but keep your chin up.
See my response above!
I’m sorry this is happening. I’d say the biggest thing for me making friends is to show interest in them. "You can make more friends in two months by being interested in them, than in two years by making them interested in you” - book called How to win friends and influence people. I also would make sure to make your interactions with others positive-focused rather than negative. For example if all in training together: frame conversations like how cool we get to do this training so we can network and go to dinners; rather than how much does this training suck it’s so boring. Not sure if this applies to you, but people like to surround themselves with positive people!
I like infinity cubes, tangle Jr., and small heavy quiet fidget spinners. If you have smaller hands I would recommend getting a smaller fidget that fits in one hand in case you want to fidget and work at the same time.
similar issue.....but I don’t know how to make friends....or maintain a relationship
OP - I could always use more/closer friends. Assurance Manager 1 brought up great points to keep in mind as well. Feel free to message me if you want to discuss this more in depth
Honestly do you talk too much/over share? Maybe try and be a good listener rather than an interesting story teller.
I’ll be ur friend
Guess no one wants to be my friend lol damn
.....
I’ll be your friend OP!

Probably because people don’t like to hang out with people who complain all the time that people don’t like them. Just saying 🤷🏼♂️
So these people at the new company who are training, did you introduce yourself to anyone and say “hey, I’m brand new here, what is fun to do? Where are you guys going? Can I tag along for drinks because I don’t know anyone here.” I would totally say “of course! Come on, let’s go drinking!”
But, if you put your headphones and don’t acknowledge anyone and pretend to be invisible, I’ll probably pass on asking you to come with us because it appears you don’t want to hang out or be social or friendly and thats no fun.
Are you me?
Just struggle to connect.. it’s not really my first instinct to share my thoughts with people.. I’m just quiet and keep to myself. Esp at work! One thing at a time lol. Like I’ve noticed I kinda shut down completely socially when I have a lot of work to do/am really stressed. & Idk I try to stay away from the whole small talk is bad thing.. I think it’s a valuable skill to have.. it isn’t like small=shallow/meaningless.. you can still learn a lot from people. For me talking to people is just something I have to consciously make happen I guess.. too in my head all the time.
