Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

I mean, that's literally what IT audit is. There are definitely well paying IT audit jobs out there depending on COL (not sure about your specific range). But I would never go back to the days when I was a control tester taking screeenshots lol. Was so miserable in that job.
IT Audit pays about $150K 6-7 years of experience coming from B4 into industry
PwC almost tricked me and have me do IT Audit 😂 glad I said no.
Trick or treat

Yup.

Maybe. The buck twenty five is the hard part.
I mean I would switch jobs whether it’s a big 4 or industry. If your not learning anything then you arnt on a complex/big client I think and people are under estimating your ability to learn more and halting your growth. Learning about different systems and now with the move to cloud there’s a lot of ground to cover. Also I’m not sure what your level is because in m/hcol average for a senior is 90-130 depending on the level. So you should get way more in industry… also I have multiple coworkers who left for 30-50% increases. I find it funny that people like to talk down to IT audit but probably because I do see how you can fall through the cracks and only take screenshots
