Has the R path made sense to anyone?

I see a lot of discrepancy in terms of R path like same designation some got R3 and some got P2. Some even got P5. Can someone explain the rationale behind it?

So PPL moving from R2 to R3 are promoted? is it a valid assumption?

I have been promoted to 5.3 level from 5.2 in persistent systems . Can you tell me What designation would I be getting. Currently I am senior engineering lead

Hi! I have been a clinical social worker for 10+ years with more of a focus and experience in mental health with a number of other experiences as well. I would love to transition to something other than direct service using skills I already have. (Obviously willing to develop further but I'd like to build from my existing foundation) Any suggestions or ideas other than private practice or supervision/management ?

I got hired straight out from college 5 years ago from a small CPA firm and have worked in Tax ever since. Lately, I feel like this is not what I'm actually into. What else I can do with my Accounting degree?

My passion is Real Estate and Interior Design, love Managerial Accounting, I can sit for hours analyzing data, I also have a degree in Supply Chain Management.
